Product Care Instructions
INSOLES
Care:
- Hand wash with mild soap and cool water
- Air dry completely before use
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or expose to direct heat
- Replace every 6-12 months depending on use
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Allow to air dry fully between uses
- Keep out of direct sunlight when not in use
FAR-INFRARED SUPPORTS
Care:
- Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent
- Air dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight
- Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach, dry clean, or use fabric softeners
- Close any closures before washing to prevent snagging
Important:
- Fabric softeners reduce compression effectiveness
- Hot water may damage Far-Infrared fibers
- Inspect regularly for wear; replace if damaged
WOODEN RECOVERY TOOLS
Care:
- Wipe with damp cloth after each use
- Use mild soap if needed for deeper cleaning
- Dry thoroughly before storage
- Store in dry location away from extreme temperatures
- Natural wood variations are normal
For ReflexRoll™:
- Check that rollers spin freely
- No lubrication needed under normal use
For MuscleGlide™:
- Ensure rings rotate smoothly
- Check handles for wear
ACUPRESSURE MATS
AcuNomad™ (Cotton):
- Spot clean with damp cloth and mild soap
- Air dry completely before storage or use
- Do not machine wash or submerge in water
AcuEarth™ (Linen with Natural Fill):
- Spot clean linen cover only
- Air out periodically in indirect sunlight
- Do not machine wash pillow fill (buckwheat & coconut fiber)
- Keep dry—natural materials require more care
Both Models:
- Store flat or folded in provided bag
- Keep away from direct sunlight when stored
- Some temporary skin redness after use is normal
