FIR (far-infrared) polyester is a polyester yarn with bioceramic particles bound into the fiber. It is part of the knit, not a coating. We describe it as a material, not as a treatment: research on far-infrared textiles is still developing. More on materials
Sizing
Find your size
Measure around your elbow with a soft tape measure, arm relaxed. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Watch the video

Good to know
How to put it on
- With clean, dry skin, slide the support over your hand or foot and up to the joint.
- Center the compression zone.
- It should feel firm but comfortable: you should be able to slide one finger under the fabric.
- Take it off if you feel tingling, numbness or discomfort.
When to wear it
- During sport, training and daily activity.
- Up to 8 hours of continuous wear.
- Not intended for wearing while you sleep.
Care
- Hand wash only, in cool water with mild detergent.
- Dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- No tumble dryer, iron, bleach, dry cleaning or fabric softener (softener reduces compression).
