We have official Amazon stores in Spain, Italy, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Sweden. If there is no store in your country, one of these often delivers to you: Amazon confirms delivery to your address at checkout.

Delivery is handled by Amazon, and the delivery date for your address is shown on the product page before you order. We keep stock in Spain, Italy and Germany for fast delivery across the EU.

Yes. Invoices are available through Amazon: open Your Orders, choose the order and select Invoice. If you cannot find it or need a business invoice, email support@stepbalance.com with your order number and we will help.

Your usual shoe size. All three insoles come in EU 36 to 45 (US 5 to 12) and are sold in pairs, so there is nothing to trim. The full chart is in the Fit & Size Guide.

Slim Fit is 3 to 3.5 mm, Sports Performance 4.5 to 5 mm and Comfort Every Day 5.5 to 6 mm. All three are built on a 2 mm anatomic TPU shell from heel to midfoot, with the arch molded in, and a carbon-fiber-look PU base. Layer by layer on Materials.

Yes, choose Slim Fit: at 3 to 3.5 mm it is our thinnest insole, with a real leather top. Our guide to thin insoles has the details.

It works best that way: Step Balance insoles replace the insole that came with your shoe. If yours is glued in, check there is room for a second layer; Slim Fit, at 3 to 3.5 mm, is the easiest to fit.

They are not designed to be worn on top of another insole or a custom orthotic. If a professional has made an orthotic for you, follow their advice on footwear.

Measure on bare skin with a soft tape: the knee, gel knee, elbow and wrist sleeves go by circumference, the ankle sleeve by EU shoe size. Compare with the Fit & Size Guide or use the size calculator. Between two sizes, choose the larger one.

No, as single sleeves. Order two if you want one for each side.

Knee or gel knee sleeve for running, the gym, padel and hiking; elbow sleeve for padel, tennis and golf; wrist sleeve for gym work and racket sports; ankle sleeve for running and court sports. Anything from a few days to a couple of weeks. Start with a few hours a day and build up.

Yes, as long as the shoes are the same size: lift them out and slide them into the next pair. If you switch every day, a pair for each pair of shoes is easier.

No. All three have the same contoured arch, designed for most feet. If you have a specific foot need, ask a podiatrist before choosing.

Firm but comfortable: you should be able to slide one finger under the fabric. If it feels too tight, try the next size up.

Up to 8 hours at a time. Take it off if you feel numbness, tingling or discomfort. Supports are not intended for wearing while you sleep.

The knit includes woven ceramic-fibre yarns that return your own body heat as gentle, passive warmth: no batteries, no electricity. We describe it as a material, not a treatment. More on Materials.

Mild pressure is normal, especially at first. If anything feels sharp, ease off or stop.

AcuNomad™ is a foldable mat (73 × 46 cm, 702 g) with 5,400 spikes, a built-in neck rest and a cotton cover, made to travel. AcuEarth™ is a set: a 75 × 44 cm mat and a 40 × 30 cm buckwheat pillow, with 6,725 rosettes and a linen and cotton cover.

Most adults can use them. Do not use them on broken or irritated skin. If you are pregnant, have a heart or circulatory condition, or take blood thinners, ask your doctor first. Not suitable for children under 12.

Start with 5 to 10 minutes and build up gradually to 20. The first minute can feel intense; it usually eases as you relax, and some temporary redness of the skin afterwards is normal.

Yes. The first few times you may prefer a thin T-shirt.

By hand, with mild soap and cool water, then let them air dry completely before use. No washing machine, tumble dryer or direct heat. Taking them out of your shoes now and then to air helps too.

No, hand wash only, in cool water with mild detergent. Dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight. No tumble dryer, iron, bleach or fabric softener: softener reduces the compression.

Wipe them with a damp cloth after use, with mild soap if needed, dry them well and store them somewhere dry. Natural variations in the wood may deepen over time. Our guide Caring for wooden recovery tools covers the rest.

Spot clean the cover with a damp cloth and mild soap; do not machine wash or submerge the mats, and never wash the buckwheat fill of the AcuEarth™ pillow. Let them air dry and store them flat or folded, out of direct sunlight.

Start the return from Your Orders in your Amazon account. Amazon handles it under its policy for your country, which normally allows returns within 30 days. More on Warranty & Returns.

Email support@stepbalance.com with your Amazon order number, the product and photos of the problem. We reply within two business days and put it right in line with your legal rights.

Your legal guarantee lasts at least two years from delivery in the EU and three years in Spain; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act applies. Normal wear, such as cushioning that flattens over many months, is not a defect. Details on Warranty & Returns.
