Step Balance products are covered against manufacturing defects:
- Insoles: 30 days from purchase
- Far-Infrared Supports: 90 days from purchase
- Wooden Recovery Tools: 1 year from purchase
- Acupressure Mats: 90 days from purchase
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failures under normal use
- Defective stitching, bonding, or assembly
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper use or care
- Damage from washing contrary to instructions
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Most Step Balance products are sold through Amazon. Please refer to Amazon's return policy for your region. Amazon typically offers 30-day returns for most items.
