Good to know
How to fit them
- Choose your usual EU shoe size.
- Take the factory insole out of your shoe.
- Place the Step Balance insole with the heel right at the back and press it flat.
- Start with shorter periods: feet usually need a few days to get used to arch support.
Half size, such as 42.5? Choose the size below (42). Our insoles come in whole sizes, and the smaller one fits inside the shoe without pressing into the toe box.

Care
- Hand wash with mild soap and cool water.
- Let them air dry completely before use.
- No washing machine, tumble dryer or direct heat.
- Take them out of your shoes now and then to air.
- Replace them once the cushioning feels flat; with daily use this is usually 6 to 12 months.
