Reflexroll™ Wooden Foot Massager

The Step Balance ReflexRoll™ is a premium wooden foot massager engineered to deliver deep tissue relief and reflexology therapy for tired, sore feet. Handcrafted from sustainable beech hardwood with precisely-positioned massage rollers, this tool targets reflexology zones in your feet to reduce pain, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery.

Step Balance

From Tension to Balance-Naturally

The solid beech wood construction provides the perfect amount of resistance—firm enough for effective massage but smooth enough to prevent discomfort. The non-slip rubber base keeps the roller stable during use on any surface.

Perfect for runners, athletes, people who stand all day, those with plantar fasciitis, and anyone seeking relief from foot pain or fatigue. Use before activity to warm up your feet, or after to speed recovery and reduce soreness.

Regular use helps improve flexibility, reduce morning foot stiffness, alleviate plantar fasciitis symptoms, and promote overall foot health. The reflexology benefits extend beyond your feet, helping to reduce stress and improve full-body circulation.

How to use

Basic Rolling:

  1. Sit comfortably in a chair with feet flat on the floor
  2. Place the ReflexRoll™ under your bare foot with spiked wheels nearest your heel
  3. Apply moderate pressure and roll your foot slowly from heel to toes
  4. Roll back and forth for 2-5 minutes per foot
  5. Focus extra time on any tender areas

Deep Tissue Work:

  1. For more pressure, stand and hold onto a chair or wall for balance
  2. Place partial body weight on the roller
  3. Roll slowly, pausing on trigger points for 10-15 seconds
  4. Gradually increase pressure as your foot adapts

Best Practices:

  • Use daily for maintenance or 2-3 times daily for active recovery
  • Roll for 2-5 minutes per foot
  • Always roll on bare feet for maximum benefit
  • Start gentle and increase pressure gradually
  • Use before and after activity for optimal performance

Care & Safety

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use
  • Use mild soap for deeper cleaning if needed
