Q: Do I need to trim these insoles?
A: No. Step Balance insoles are pre-sized and should not be trimmed.
Q: What if my shoe doesn't have a removable insole?
A: These insoles work best in shoes with removable factory insoles. They may not fit well in shoes without removable insoles.
Q: Can I use these in multiple pairs of shoes?
A: Yes, though we recommend dedicated insoles for frequently-used shoes for best hygiene and performance.
Q: How long do they last?
A: 6-12 months with regular use, depending on activity level.

- Measure with a flexible tape measure
- Measure on bare skin (not over clothing)

Q: How tight should the support feel?
A: Snug and supportive, but you should be able to fit one finger under the fabric. Never so tight that you experience numbness, tingling, or circulation restriction.
Q: Can I wear them all day?
A: Yes, for up to 8 hours. Remove if you experience any discomfort.
Q: Do they come in pairs?
A: No. Each support is sold individually. Order 2 if you need both knees/ankles/etc.
