Insoles
Sports Performance, Comfort Every Day and Slim Fit
- Choose your usual shoe size: all three insoles come in EU 36 to 45 and are sold in pairs. If your shoe is a half size, such as 42.5, choose the size below (42).
- Take the factory insole out of your shoe.
- Lay the new insole on the old one to check the outline, then put it in its place.

Knee Support Sleeve
Sit with the knee slightly bent and measure around the center of the knee, across the middle of the kneecap.
Measure on bare skin with a soft tape, snug but not tight. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Gel Knee Support Sleeve
Measure in the same place as the knee sleeve: around the center of the knee. Once on, the gel ring should sit around the kneecap.
Measure on bare skin with a soft tape, snug but not tight. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Elbow Support Sleeve
Rest the arm relaxed on a table and measure around the elbow joint. A tensed arm gives a bigger reading.
Measure on bare skin with a soft tape, snug but not tight. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Measure around the wrist at its narrowest point. The thumb opening keeps the sleeve in place.

How a support should feel
- Firm but comfortable: you should be able to slide one finger under the fabric.
- Take it off if you feel tingling, numbness or discomfort, and try the next size up.
