How to use it
- Put it on the floor and sit with your feet on it, barefoot or in socks.
- Roll your feet back and forth for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Start on the smooth rollers and move to the spiked ones for more intensity.
- Adjust the pressure with how much weight you put on it; stop if you feel sharp pain.
Care
- Wipe with a damp cloth after use; mild soap if needed.
- Dry it well and store it somewhere dry, away from extreme temperatures.
- Check now and then that the rollers turn freely. Variations in the wood are natural.
