How to use it
- Hold both handles and rest the rings on the muscle.
- Roll slowly along the muscle, 5 to 10 passes, with moderate pressure.
- Legs, calves, arms, shoulders and the sides of the back; never directly on the spine.
- Use less pressure on tender areas. Some discomfort is normal; sharp pain means ease off or stop.
Care
- Wipe with a damp cloth after use; mild soap if needed.
- Dry it well and store it somewhere dry, away from extreme temperatures.
- Check now and then that the rollers turn freely. Variations in the wood are natural.
